In the first quarter of 2025, the top tycoon games in Lithuania showed varied performance metrics on a unified platform, combining both iOS and Android data. Here’s a closer look at the trends for each game, based on Sensor Tower's insights.

Township from Playrix saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $3.9K in mid-March. The game’s weekly downloads experienced a decline from over 2K in early January to around 600 by the end of March. Meanwhile, weekly active users decreased steadily from over 10K to just above 3K throughout the quarter.

Family Island — Farming game by Melsoft maintained a steady revenue flow, with a notable peak of $3.1K in early March. Downloads fluctuated, starting at over 500 and dropping to below 200 by the end of March. Active users remained relatively stable, slightly declining from around 1K to 768.

Klondike Adventures: Farm Game from VIZOR APPS LTD saw revenue increase to a high of $2.7K in March. Download numbers declined from over 1K to below 400 by the quarter's end, while active users remained fairly stable, hovering around 4.5K.

Hay Day by Supercell experienced a revenue peak of $1.4K at the end of March. Downloads decreased from over 700 to about 350, and active users also showed a downward trend, ending the quarter at around 1.8K.

My Cafe — Restaurant Game from Melsoft had a revenue peak of $517 in mid-March. Downloads were low, ranging from 79 to a high of 190 in February. Active users saw a slight increase, ending the quarter at 344.
